Use of the website

You may browse and link to this website for personal and professional research purposes. You may not scrape, republish in bulk, or use the contents to train commercial AI models without prior written permission.

Participation

Participation in the research is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time before publication by emailing bran@sgctec.ai; we will delete your responses on request.

Intellectual property

The Index report, methodology, instrument and brand are © 2026 SGC TECH AI. Findings may be cited with attribution. Please contact us before reproducing charts, tables, or extended excerpts.

Embargo

Participants who receive embargoed access to the report agree not to publish, summarise, republish, or share the contents until the embargo lifts. Embargo dates are communicated in writing alongside the report.

Disclaimer

The Index is published on a best-effort, good-faith basis. It is research, not investment, legal, or operational advice. SGC TECH AI accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of its contents.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
